Rental
The rental takes place directly with the owner (no agency).
Rentals are normally week-long from Saturday at 16h to Saturday at 10h.
In agreement with the owner, day or weekend rentals can be arranged.
The pricing is for the rental only and does not include the final cleaning fee or the bedding.
An additional tourist tax will be charged. The amount of this tax is :
In winter: adults: Fr. 3.30 per night; children (9 to 16 years old) and AVS: Fr. 1.65
In summer: adults: Fr. 5.80 per night; children (9 to 16 years old) and AVS: Fr. 2.90
Bath linen and beddings are charged 30.– per person.
The end of stay cleaning fee (mandatory) is charged 120.– or an hourly rate for stays shorter than a week.
